What are the steps to take to improve your board recruiting?

In a discovery session, we will analyse your board requirements and potential gaps in the current situation together using the tried-and-tested, scientific method of the International Centre for Corporate Governance in cooperation with the IMP-HSG of the University of St. Gallen.

2. Then we will do the search for you:

Comparing your requirements to the experiences and skills of the candidates in the Female Board Pool, we will select a list of matching profiles.

3. The choice is all yours:

Once we have presented the list of matching profiles to you, it’s up to you to decide, with which of the candidates you would like to start the process of interviewing etc., possibly leading to a mandate eventually.

4. Spread the news:
