The International Female Board Pool’s Mission is ...
- to substantially increase the proportion of competent and dedicated women in the boards of directors of companies and organisations, be they private or public or not-for-profit
- to increase the gender diversity on boards of directors, proving right the examples that demonstrated improvements in the economic results of companies having made the choice for diversity
- to highlight the locally available competences and potentials for all sectors and corporations, both private and public
- to create targeted and sustainable networking
- to promote competence by providing visibility
- to create contacts beyond the beaten tracks for the benefit of companies and organisations
